Processing Time

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping time. 

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to COVID-19, there may be unforeseen delays or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

​

Priority Mail: We offer a $13.60 flat rate shipping through the United States Postal Service. 

At this time, we only offer Priority Mail shipping through the USPS.

Local Delivery

​

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within 20 miles of the pickup location.

Deliveries are made from 9 AM-6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

If you qualify for Free Local Delivery:

1. At the bottom of the Shipping Details section, in the Notes field, enter "Select Free Local Delivery"

2. In the Delivery Method section, select Pick Up

Local Pickup

​

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3708 Lajitas, Leander, Texas. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email and/or text message when your order is ready.

Our pickup hours are 9 PM-6 PM from Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

​

At this time we do NOT offer international shipping.

​

How do I check the status of my order?

​

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at addy.igau@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
